MADRID	October 19-20, 2001 MAG-NET Workshop and meeting 5 The fifth MAG-NET meeting will be held in Madrid (Spain). Arrival on Thursday, October 18, departure on Sunday, October 21.

ROMA	April 19-22, 2001 MAG-NET Workshop and meeting 4 The fourth MAG-NET meeting and workshop was held in Roma (Italy).
LIVERPOOL	February, 2-3, 2001 A 2 days workshop on pollution related issues was held in Liverpool.
ZURICH	September 16-18, 2000 MAG-NET Workshop and meeting 3 The third MAG-NET meeting and workshop was held at Zurich.
MADRID	July 22-23, 2000 MAG-NET Mini-meeting 1 A "mini-MagNet" meeting was held in Madrid, Spain, with the aim of bringing together MagNet members with specific interests in soil magnetism. The groups from Madrid, Marseille, Zurich, Leoben and Liverpool were represented, along with a member of the University of Burgos, Spain (Dr Bogalo), whose interests overlap those of the MagNet group. CASSIS	April 29 - May 1, 2000 MAG-NET Workshop and meeting 2 Directly after the 25th EGS Assembly (Nice, France), the second MAG-NET meeting and workshop was held at Cassis, and organised by the CEREGE lab. For details, see the MAG-NET MAGAZINE 01
LEOBEN	August 27-29, 1999 MAG-NET Workshop and meeting 1 A first "Training Workshop" of the MAG-NET network partners was held at the Palaeomagnetic Laboratory, Institute of Geophysics, University of Leoben (Austria) on 27-29 August 1999. It represents the first "scientific" meeting following two previous encounters devoted to bureaucratic matters. At Leoben, under an excellent organisational set up, current postdocs where able to present work-plans and preliminary results. Moreover, some educational talks where given by some network members in addition to visiting speakers (Dr Leopold Weber and Dr John Davies from Kansas Geological Survey).
