We have considered the following options to give more choice to the participants for attending in this event:

• Complete program (three days)

• Two-day short course

• Workshop (last day)

The fee covers instruction, course notes, refreshments, lunches, and certificate of participation. Lodging and other meals are not covered. If cancellations are made before September 1, 2005, tuition will be refunded. Cancellations made after that date will forfeit a €50.- (euro) processing fee, to be deducted from the tuition refund. In case of cancellation, the right to course materials is forfeited. Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the start of the course.

Note that the number of participants is limited to 25.
