Note that the total number of participants (including speakers) is limited to 50.

Participants are encouraged to send in a title and abstract to be
considered for oral presentation during the workshop

Grants

Up to 30 PhD students – doing research in a field related to the workshop – are
potentially eligible for financial support from EU.
Travel expenses are NOT covered by the grant.

If you wish to apply for a grant, include a detailed statement of motivation in your
registration form. In that statement, indicate your current status and research topic
and explain the significance of the Workshop for your research.

The Organizing Committee will set up a list of applicants who will receive the grant
based on the degree of relevance, registration date and conditions set by the EU.
