Timoshenko -- author and coauthor of several engineering-type elasticity books, including a couple on plates and shells.

Christensen, R. M., Theory of Viscoelasticity. Advanced book -- gives little physical insight.
Flugge, Viscoelasticity (?) Better introduction to viscoelasticity than above.

Carslaw and Jaeger, Conduction of Heat in Solids. Virtually all you might want to know about classical heat conduction theory and methods of solving the heat-conduction equation. Still the standard reference text for heat-conduction problems, $160.00
